Some of you may remember that we wrote some fantastic Mini Saga stories within our Viking topic last term.

We submitted our short stories to the New Adventures Mini Saga competition and we have some good news to report.

On Friday afternoon Becky, Kelsi and Lewis A received a letter to congratulate them on becoming published writers.

Their work will appear in 'Mini Sagas - Amazing Adventures Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland' publication scheduled for release on May 21st 2012.

We are keeping our fingers tightly crossed for more winning letters coming in the post this weekend.

Look forward to reading these stories when they are finally published.

    Well done girls. You worked really hard to write excellent sagas. You really thought about your skills in writing and managed to summarise your long viking story into 50 words, without losing the meaning or quality of your original ideas. Brilliant!!!
