Food Groups

This week we are learning about the different types of food groups.

We will be looking at the foods that fit into these groups and how much of each group we should be eating for each meal/day/week.

We will be aiming to eat a balanced diet once we have all of the information we need to make an informed choice.


This game is a good for helping you practise making a 'Healthy Plate'.
