We talked about why people celebrate Shrove Tuesday and about the festival Lent which starts tomorrow and lasts 40 days. It was a tasty piece of learning!

Pancake Pandemonium!
This afternoon in Primary 6 we celebrated Shrove Tuesday by making some delicious pancakes! Miss Hutchison and Mrs Flett helped us to make the batter and cook them on the frying pan. We then topped them with a variety of different sweet toppings! We enjoyed making them and enjoyed eating them even more!
